Para esta receta casera de helado de vainilla a base de natillas, s\u00f3lo se necesitan cinco ingredientes sencillos y una pizca de delicadeza. As\u00ed es. Cocer a fuego medio-bajo durante unos 10 minutos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Retirar el cazo del fuego y verter unas cucharaditas de la leche calentada sobre la mezcla de huevos para que aumente lentamente la temperatura, removiendo continuamente para evitar que los huevos se cuajen.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una vez que la leche haya subido lo suficiente la temperatura de los huevos, vierta la mezcla de huevos en la cacerola y bata en\u00e9rgicamente los ingredientes.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Calentar brevemente el contenido a fuego lento, removiendo continuamente hasta que la mezcla se vuelva espesa y pueda cubrir el dorso de una cuchara.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Retirar el cazo del fuego y colar los ingredientes en un recipiente.
