Açai Tonic Water recipe with your friends or colleagues!

Açai Tonic Water

This homemade tonic water is made from lime and lemon zests, quinine, spices, açai and white sugar for a unique flavor with which you can create wonderful cocktails. It is an easy way to impress your guests, you only need the Smartwhip system for the water carbonation and off you go!

Equipment 

Ingredients 

  • 750 ml of water
  • 3 gr quinine
  • 9 gr gentian root
  • 8 gr lemongrass
  • 2 gr cardamom
  • 8 grains of black pepper
  • 27 gr lemon zest
  • 12 gr lime zest
  • 18 gr citric acid
  • 10 gr açai
  • 1 kg sugar

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients (except sugar) to a pan and let it boil for 10 min.
  2. Strain the liquid into another pan and add the sugar. Let it melt.
  3. When cold add 100 ml of the previous mix with 500 ml of water into the cream dispenser and let it rest in the fridge for at least 3h.
  4. Connect the Smartwhip device and charge it with 10 bars of the pressure of CO2.
  5. Shake it and serve it.
