- 100 ml water
- 50 ml lime juice
- 20 ml sugar syrup
- 2 gr wasabi paste
- 200ml Schweppes ginger beer & chilli
- 20gr magic foam (SOSA)
- Add the lime juice, water, sugar, and wasabi paste to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake it well.
- Double strain it into a copper glass with ice.
- Blend the ginger beer with magic foam (SOSA), until it’s fully dissolved.
- Strain it into a cream dispenser.
- Add 10 bar pressure of Smartwhip N2O gas.
- Let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to mature.
