Orders made before 09:00 Amsterdam time will be shipped on the same day (weekdays only).

Packages with faulty products can be sent back within 14 days after the date of arrival confirmed by the track & trace, on costs of the buyer.
A replacing product will then be sent back to you within 10 working days after receiving the faulty product package back confirmed by both the Track & Trace of the carrier company and Rainbow Commerce B.V. as Smartwhip.

Cooking
This may mean that there has not been enough pressure placed in the dispenser or that the dispenser is clogged. If the case is the latter, run the dispenser nozzle under warm water for a few minutes and try again by shaking the dispenser vigorously.
If this occurs, run the top of the dispenser under warm water to help loosen the head. This may be due to the obstruction of the top of the dispenser or from overshaking the dispenser, as shaking it too much can result in an overly dense cream or liquid which can prevent gas from being released.
