- 20 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml vanilla syrup
Directions

- Start by preparing the Smartwhip system.
- Pour into the cream dispenser 100 ml of cherry syrup, 200 ml of cream, and 200 ml of egg white.
- Close the lid.
- Connect the cream dispenser to the Smartwhip device.
- Charge the cream dispenser with 12 bars of N2O.
- Shake it.
Cocktail
- Mix 45 ml London Dry Gin with 20 ml fresh lemon juice and 15 ml vanilla syrup.
- Shake it.
- Strain it over a cocktail glass
- Pour the cocktail into the glass and top it with the cherry foam.
