Hot Christmas cocktail to warm up your holidays! This recipe can help you to keep the season festive, comfy and happy.

- Smartwhip cream charger
- Cream dispenser
- Blender

Ingredients
Cocktail
- 2 tea spoon brown sugar
- 1 table spoon salted butter
- Pinch of cinnamon powder
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Pinch of sichuan pepper
- Dash of vanilla extract
- 60 mL dark rum Diplomatic Reserve
- 120 mL boiling water
Foam
- 200 mL grenadine
- 5g cinnamon powder
- 30g ginger
- 2g citric acid
- 17g proespuma quente (SOSA)
- 15 bar
Directions
Foam
Add all the ingredients in a blender, strain it and add it to the cream dispenser. Add 15 bar of pressure. Shake it well. Take it to the fridge to mature for 30 minutes and after use it.
Cocktail
Mix all the spices together with the soft butter; add dark rum and stir; add boiling water and stir.
Serving
Pour the cocktail in a cup, add the foam on the top; finally garnish with some ginger butter cookies. For other extra, you can smoke your glass using a smoking machine.
