Ingredients
- 600 gr of blended and filtered seedless watermelon
- 300 gr custard
- 100 gr cream
- Fresh mint
- Edible flowers
- Watermelon cubes
- Bavarese with spinach
- Chocolate grid
Directions
- Blend and filter seedless watermelon
- Add in a mixer the watermelon juice with 300 gr of custard and 100 gr of cream
- Transfer it to a cream dispenser
- Connect the Smartwhip device and charge it with 10 bars of the pressure
- Shake it and serve it with a salted baverese with spinach, watermelon cubes, edible flowers, and fresh mint.
